PLEASE help me jiggle less!

I need a plan! I need a Erin eat this and DO NOT eat this. I need a "this is what your menu will be for the next few months". I need a kick in the butt and HELP!

    Portion control is the biggest thing. I ate a hamburger yesterday, but I ran four miles before! You just have to find the right balance. Good luck!
