I know that you want an update on my status! SO here it is!
I have been following my weight watchers VERY well! I only took Saturday off! YES!
AND i've been working out! OOH yeah~ Last week i worked out 4 days! This week i worked out yesterday and i will continue the trend until Thursday! I'm so proud!
Yesterday i earned 5 workout points! I worked out for an hour doing jogging and weights in the gym and then i went home and cleaned my kitchen for around 4 hours! Sweet! See the beauty below!
And now for the results!?!?
I'm at 163! Down 7lbs!
