dum dum DUMB!

Yea so ummm i ummm ATE A WHOLE LOT FOR LUNCH! GAH! I did it on purpose too... not like "i'm going to get fat for lunch today" purpose but "i know i should make a better choice and i'm not" purpose. DOAT! Not so great of myself... BUT i did go to this lunch meeting where they are starting a class for getting back into the swing of things, meet once a week and weigh in and make a plan and then meet twice a week to workout... sounds good to me! $60 for 6 weeks.... i know i shouldn't spend the money but i can't do this on my own... i will follow my weight watchers and use these other tools to keep me motivated.. i need all the help i can get right now!
