Update on the Jiggle Challenge?

Well, it's like this, i'm less jiggly but no % of weight gone.

I worked out 4 times last week and did okay with my eating, until the weekend happened.

This week i've worked out 2 times so far and have not been terrible or good with my eating... i need something....


  1. Are you drinking TONS of water?? That always helps me feel better and and helps with my munchies.

  2. there are good weeks and bad weeks, keep your head up! I'm a new follower and participating in the jiggle challenge too!!
